I was visiting from out of town and had to return home the next day. My parents recommend this place due to their great experiences there. Carencro Automotive did not disappoint. Great reception and wonderful service!

My vehicle set at Carencro Automotive for almost 3 weeks until I received a proper diagnosis. Parts were fixed and replaced that were not broken! My car was not smoking when I dropped it off there. However once I picked it up, it was smoking terribly! I was charged a ridiculous $500.00 plus and my car was not fixed!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone!! Visit your dealership!!!

I have been using Carencro Automotive for all of my Automotive Repair/Servicing needs for almost 2 years now, and I sincerely appreciate their courteous interaction with both my Wife and I before, during, & after we conduct our business. A big "Thank You" to Bryan, Joni, and all the boys in the back who work hard to keep our Families' vehicles in solid shape.

Brandon said the people are really good. They do not beat around the bush. They tell the customer what is wrong with the vehicle and fix it.
