The Carencro Auto Center team is professional and accommodating. I called for new tires and an oil change while I was in town and they took me right away. I now know they run by appointments and they were already busy when I got there so I’m very grateful! They said they’d have it done by end of day but I needed it sooner and they made it happen!! Best mechanic shop experience I’ve had.

I’m very satisfied with the work they did to my truck I had some broken spark plugs in the heads and nobody wanted to fix it so I just so happen to be driving in carencro and seen the shop so I called they said they could fix it and they did my truck is running in tip top shape I appreciate all the work they did and I will be back to more business with them as of now they are my go to when I need something done right.

Professional, great service. Everything was explained in detail before work was done and received a print out and email on all service done along with the a breakdown of the cost. Very friendly and professional staff.

I took my car in for an oil change and they did a complete inspection of the car. They take pictures of what they find and give you an estimate on how much it will be to fix it. This was very helpful. I highly recommend.

Being new to Carencro Area and needing repairs, I found Carencro Automotive. Was able to make an appointment online which was convenient, especially if it's after hours or on the weekend. Besides doing the obvious repairs, they throughly check each component of your vehicle, download their findings to their computer, good and bad, then text to you on this really neat graphic for your approval on the repairs and additional ones if you choose to do so at that time or a later date. Since my vehicle is a 2015 this info is valuable to me. Thank you Team Carencro Automotive for your special customer service.
