I am on my third vehicle with them. So that means I have been with them for a long time. They are trustworthy and very polite. Not only does my vehicle get service for what I schedule it for, they go one step more and check everything else not schedule to make sure that my vehicle is in good running condition and will make me aware of any upcoming things that will need service.

Amazing, this auto shop is the best I've ever dealt with. We were on a 1300 mile trip from Ft Myers, Fl to San Antonio, Tx for our son's graduation from basic training with the Air Force. We hit some traffic in Baton Rouge and smelled gas. When we got to the hotel in Lafayette I examined our van and saw gas leaking from the area of the fuel pump. After doing research and reading reviews we settled and took a shot with Carenco Automotive. I drove out there and met Josh and Bryan. Despite them saying they were booked into the following week after telling them our dilemma they told us they would move some things around and get us taken care of. A couple of hours later we were back on the road and in San Antonio that night. The did a great job on the repairs, showed me the underside of the car and the exact issue and the cost was reasonable, especially given the desperate situation we were in. I wish we lived in the area and could have them as our mechanics. If you live in the Lafayette area make these guys your regular mechanics and if you are passing through and have an issue, like we did, definitely go to them. Thank you Bryan, Josh and everyone at Carenco Automotive, you were literal life savers.
