These guys still understand the meaning of customer service. They treat the customers with respect, and give the feeling that they enjoy your business, which is rare these days. The work was performed in a timely manner, communication was open, updates were sent through the process, and a follow up message was sent the next day. I’m guessing this is why it took me a week to get an appointment for an oil change hence the 4 stars. I recommend Carencro Automotive with with the utmost sincerity!
