This is my go to place for my vehicles. After bringing vehicles there for over a decade, getting great work done, and honest opinions of when I would need what next, I can confidently say Carencro Automotive is trustworthy for my mechanical needs, and I'm glad to have found them way back when. They're always professional and do a great job!

I did not have brake lights because a switch was bad and they made the repair that day. Also showed several pictures of areas under the truck that needed work, with printed estimates. The employee highlighted the repairs I should make first.

These guys still understand the meaning of customer service. They treat the customers with respect, and give the feeling that they enjoy your business, which is rare these days. The work was performed in a timely manner, communication was open, updates were sent through the process, and a follow up message was sent the next day. I’m guessing this is why it took me a week to get an appointment for an oil change hence the 4 stars. I recommend Carencro Automotive with with the utmost sincerity!
