We consider Bryan, Josh, Joanie and the staff, as part of our family. They have always taken EXCELLENT care of our vehicles! We treasure their prayerfulness and friendship. There just aren’t a lot of Christian based businesses around these days. We are majorly blessed to have our car serviced there!

Wife’s car had a nail in her tire. Did a quick internet search for a tire place. Found Carencro Automotive and called. The gentleman said, “If you bring it right in, we can get on it.” I was prepared for a 45 minute wait, but the repair was done in close to 25 minutes. Their “Family Owned” website was appealing and everyone I talked to was courteous, including the man who did the repair. I will be switching our services at the next available opportunity and take their offer of a Free Tire Rotation.” Good job Carencro Automotive!

Tried this place on the recommendation of a buddy as I needed a change from the dealership to keep my 10 yr old truck running good for a lot longer without breaking the bank. They are very customer friendly and do what they say they will do. Most important, they tell you the truth and don’t try to pretend they know it all before making a thorough diagnosis. If they make a mistake they honor it. It is good to have a master mechanic working on your vehicle and taking the time to fix it right the first time. I have spent a lot of money with them but haven’t felt like I was taken advantage of. So far so good.
