The fellas did a great job with my vehicle, kept me in the loop throughout the time that my vehicle was at their shop. Service is a little expensive, but the job was done right. I don’t mind paying a little extra for a job well done along with a good warranty on my parts that were replaced!!!

Carencro Automotive Center is a hidden treasure. Finding someone to work on a Land Rover is not easy unless you want to drive to Baton Rouge. These guys were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. If they didn't know what was wrong when I arrived, they sure as hell figured it out. They even gave it back to me while waiting for appropriate parts. Their prices are more than reasonable. An equally impressive aspect to their service is, you get a detailed email with pictures as attachments to show exactly what issues exist. A repair and estimate is provided by email, as well, giving their customers the opportunity to approve all jobs individually. I am happy to know they are smart and brave enough to dive into a Rover. These guys are exemplary in every area. Thank you for always answering the phone, always providing updates and for getting me safely back on the road. I will be a customer for life. I took one of our Transportation van's over to put in a new AC system and within two days the job was completed and the AC is properly working normal again and I did get very good service from the workers and a full Vehicle inspection which is a big help to our transportation service thanks!
