Mr. Brian, Josh, Martin, and all of the guys at Carencro Automotive were hands down the best and most helpful with meeting my own vehicle needs while also suggesting area's outside of my scope of mechanical parts and replacements to be serviced sooner than later (preventative maintenance). They were all bull aside expert listeners, communicators, and providers. I would definitely recommend to any and all, and I look forward to working with them again!

I had to have some very much needed work to be down on my expedition . While I was taken home Josh saw our trailer needed tires very badly. He not only look for the best deal for a really good tire. Thank you for caring about your customers.

I am SO EXCITED to have discovered Josh, Martin & the Carencro Automotive Service to take care of my Infiniti-G-37!!! Last week they replaced my rack & pinion, (a major job) along with changing ALL of my fluids, rotated my tires & otherwise did an incredible job! (Upon return, my car was clean & my radio station even remained the same... :) ) Infiniti of Lafayette Service Department is excellent, BUT... Carencro Automotive is equally as good, or better & the convenience of staying in town, rather than driving the distance outweighs the drive!!! I so appreciate the 'old-fashioned' business values, along with their 'modern-day diagnostics' & the ability to take care of me. This group is THE BOMBDIGGITY! Thank you, guys!!
